If installation reports a failure or a warning persists afterwards, follow the on-screen message and contact a BYD dealer or BYD Customer Service. Give them the full system version and exact error, and ask them to check the failed package and recovery required. If only the version label differs, ask them to identify the release for that full package.
The new charging-route feature is off by default. In the navigation settings, open **Settings → SOC Settings → Charging Route Planner**. Enable **Automatically add charging stations**, choose the battery-charge targets for arriving at and leaving a charging station, then select **Apply**. The illustrated screen also has **Reset**. This feature requires **HERE Map**. BYD notes an approximate **10%** power-level deviation in its example, so the route’s predicted charge is a planning estimate rather than an exact arrival reading.
If websites work but the app alone fails, focus on the app or account. If the vehicle has never appeared, or you see a binding or authorisation error, the retailer or BYD support needs to check the owner record. A screen restart cannot transfer ownership or activate cloud service.
