• Try the normal key and spare key once, away from phones, metal objects and other keys. • Note any response from interior or exterior lights, locks, screens, charge-port lighting or the connected charger. • Record how long the ATTO 2 was parked and whether an OTA installation, accessory use or warning happened recently. • If safe, check whether the BYD app shows a recent vehicle connection, but do not repeatedly send wake-up commands.
