BYD software is delivered through the vehicle’s OTA update prompt. Menu wording varies by model and software version, so use the instructions for your exact vehicle.
MyBYD does not distribute firmware packages and does not recommend sideloading unofficial files. Use the in-car update route or an authorised BYD service provider.
Retry once when the car is safely parked, has sufficient charge and has a stable connection. If it fails again, contact BYD or an authorised service provider.
