ABS fault warning light
What it means
The ABS warning normally clears after the ignition self-check. A persistent warning can mean anti-lock braking is unavailable. A simultaneous brake-system warning requires a more urgent response.
What to do
If ABS and the parking-brake-system fault warnings are on together, park safely immediately and contact BYD. For a missing startup self-check, persistent warning or warning during driving, arrange authorised inspection as soon as possible. Do not infer normal emergency-braking behaviour from this light alone.
