ATTO 3 EVO headlight condensation or water: what to record
Light mist inside a ATTO 3 EVO headlamp after rain or washing can clear during normal lamp operation. Compare it with droplets or collected water, and check that every light works before deciding whether it needs inspection.

- Park and compare both lamps. Safety note: Failed or inadequate lights make a drying drive unsafe, so arrange assistance instead. Opening, drilling, heating or resealing the lamp can damage it and affect warranty assessment; leave that work to the repairer.
- Check the lens, cover and visible housing for cracks, impact marks or damage.
- Check each light function and any dashboard warning.
- Observe whether light mist reduces during normal safe use.
What the result tells you
Humidity and temperature changes can cause fogging. Noticeable collected water, persistent large droplets, corrosion or electrical faults need inspection. The cited handbook gives no fixed clearing deadline.
If that did not work
Ask a BYD repairer to inspect persistent water, repeated heavy misting, cracks, dim output, flicker or a failed light. For a warranty assessment, supply the observations and ask the repairer to explain its findings and the applicable cover.
What to note down if you need support: a complete lamp photo and close view, weather/outside temperature, when it began, recent washing or repair and how long it remained. Send identifiers privately.
