High-voltage battery fault warning light

What it means

This normally extinguishes after the ignition-on self-check. A persistent, returning or intermittent driving warning can indicate a traction-battery-system fault.

What to do

Contact a BYD authorised dealer or service provider for inspection as soon as possible for the listed conditions. Do not interpret it as simply the amber low-charge symbol.
