What it means

This indicates low state of charge in the high-voltage traction battery, not a battery-system fault. The battery chapter notes that acceleration performance can decline at low charge. It does not give a universal percentage threshold for this warning light.

What to do

Arrange charging promptly and check the actual charge level, remaining range and instrument-panel messages. The handbook advises timely charging to maintain enough range.
