Airbag fault warning light

What it means

The restraint-system light normally extinguishes after the ignition-on self-check. A missing self-check, persistent light or warning appearing during driving can indicate a monitored airbag-system fault.

What to do

Contact a BYD authorised dealer or service provider for inspection as soon as possible in those conditions. Do not interpret this as the ordinary unfastened-seat-belt reminder.
