ABS fault warning light
What it means
A persistent ABS warning indicates an anti-lock braking fault. ABS may not prevent wheel locking; simultaneous ABS and brake-system warnings can also indicate failed brake-force distribution.
What to do
If ABS and the brake-system fault warning remain on together, park safely immediately and contact BYD. For a failed or persistent self-check or a steady ABS warning while driving, arrange authorised inspection as soon as possible. Do not assume emergency braking will behave normally.
