Airbag fault warning light

What it means

The restraint-system warning normally clears after its startup check. A missing self-check, persistent startup warning or warning during driving indicates a fault in monitored airbag-system components.

What to do

Contact a BYD authorised dealer or service provider for inspection as soon as possible in those fault conditions. Do not assume the restraint system is operating normally because the vehicle can move.
