High-voltage battery overheating warning light
What it means
A steady warning indicates that the traction-battery temperature is too high. This edition gives a more urgent response when the warning flashes.
What to do
For a steady warning, stop the vehicle to allow cooling. If it flashes, immediately stop safely and leave the vehicle as soon as possible. Do not treat a flashing warning as an ordinary low-charge indication.
