Colour: Orange

CPD indicator/warning light*

What it means

The CPD symbol can indicate the child-presence system is disabled or faulty. Read the accompanying OFF or fault reminder to distinguish these states; equipment is conditional.

What to do

Read the message; arrange BYD inspection for a system fault. Promptly check the vehicle when a child-presence reminder occurs. Alarms and air conditioning cannot prevent all harm, and low charge can prevent alarm or cooling. The handbook describes ON or Delay to re-enable the disabled function.
