ATTO 3 charging cable will not release

Use the normal release sequence first

1. Stop the charger session in the charger or operator app and wait for it to confirm the session has ended.
2. Unlock the vehicle with the recognised key and retry the normal connector release described in the handbook.
3. Keep the connector supported and press its release; never twist, lever or pull the cable.
4. If public equipment still shows an active session, contact the operator using the number on the unit.

Emergency release is not the first step

Use an emergency cable release only if the exact ATTO 3 handbook identifies its location and procedure. Do not open covers or reach near orange high-voltage components.

Stop and escalate

Keep people away and call the operator or roadside assistance if the plug, port or cable is hot, damaged, wet, arcing or smells burnt. Photograph the charger number and messages before the session disappears.
