ATTO 3 scheduled charging does not start

A clear ATTO 3 checklist for timer conflicts, charger schedules, connection order and evidence to collect before support.

ATTO 3

Remove the double schedule

  1. Check whether the car and home charger both have schedules.
  2. For one controlled test, leave only one device responsible for timing.
  3. Confirm the schedule uses the intended day and local time.
  4. Reconnect firmly and confirm both car and charger show ready or waiting—not an error.

Test the charging path

With the schedule temporarily disabled, test an immediate charge. If immediate charging also fails, the issue is not only the timer. Try another compatible charge point when safe and record whether the same cable and car work there.

Collect useful evidence

Save screenshots of both schedules, the charger status, vehicle battery percentage and any fault code. Do not repeatedly disconnect a hot or damaged connector.
